Ralston Hartness

Ralston is a native Chattanoogan and a graduate of McCallie. He attended Washington & Lee University and received a degree in Religion. The following year, he participated in the Trinity Fellows Program (Charlottesville, VA), where he also met his wife, Elle. For the five years before joining Faith Co-Op, Ralston worked as a middle and high school teacher. In 2024, Ralston completed his M.A. in Theological Studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Ralston and Elle are the proud parents of Mallie and Reed.
