The 2023-24 Lunch + Learn series theme is “Who is My Neighbor?” In Mark 12:29-30 Jesus tells us that the 2 greatest commandments are to “love God and love our neighbor.” Often times when Christians apply this passage it only encompasses their personal life. In our 2023-24 Lunch + Learn series we will be looking at what it means to love our neighbor in our vocational lives. We will look at:

  • Who is my neighbor?
  • What does love look like in a corporate setting?
  • What are practices I can build into my work to live out these truths?

We will be announcing the time and location soon.

Faith Co-Op is honored to host a Lunch + Learn series for anyone in the city to attend. The purpose of these events is to build a network of Christian business leaders and provide stories of how the gospel can shape our daily work. Those who attend will leave with new connections and a broader framework to imagine what it could mean to honor the Lord in our vocations.

We hope you will join us as we begin to look at practical stories of people living into Jesus’ teaching in their work contexts.

K.A. Ellis will be sharing a biblical foundation to finding God’s wisdom in our workplaces, from making decisions to leading teams.

“I have met superb people who love the Lord and love their city and want to glorify Him with their whole life – they inspire me. It has reminded me that the church in Chattanooga is bigger and more beautiful than just my local church or my online community/tribe.”
